The EM Pastors Association seeks primarily to support and resource pastors who are serving in English congregation contexts.  This is done through an annual pastors conference (The National Korean American Pastors Conference) and by providing pastors and churches with a network that will support and strengthen them in their pastoral ministry.  

The Board consists of pastors serving in different ministry contexts in different regions.
